Smoothie bowls are all the rage right now. Admittedly it’s taken me some time to try one…but now they are a daily treat. Just one try is all you need to become a fan! My Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl is great for all you smoothie bowl lovers & this one is also vegan & gluten free…



Prep: 5 mins
Yields: 1-2 Servings

Ingredients

14 medium sized strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1 frozen banana, broken into pieces (I slice mine before freezing)

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

natural sweetener to taste

TOPPINGS

sliced fresh strawberries

sunflower seeds

blueberries

oats


Directions

1 Combine all in a blender. Pour into a bowl & top with fresh berries, oats & sunflower seeds.

2 Note: If using frozen strawberries you might need to add more liquid while blending.
